A nice discovery I made during my visit to Wilmington. The food is phenomenal! I tried the Tom Yum soup... flavor overload! The broth had the right amount of spice- my taste buds opened up! So many veggies- almost a whole meal in a bowl! I also tried the Drunken Noodles and OMG! So good! I like spice but not too spicy. The waitress recommended getting medium and she would bring out the tray of chili sauces to add more heat if I wanted to. She said that their spice can be a little bit more than other places. And I'm glad she did! Great service, great food, great service all around!

Absolutely delicious! Got to visit about two weeks ago and everything from the sushi to the service was amazing. 5/5 will be back!

This is a place for foodies. I had the crab rangoons, tom kha, drunken noodles, and mango sticky rice and everything was so delicious. Everything was well cooked with great flavors, from the veggies in the soup to the punchy Thai basil in the noodles. The standout to me was the tom kha, a coconut and lime soup with a beautiful balance of sweet and sour. I wish I lived in the area so that I could visit more often!

My mom really like this place so I came with her to check it out. Got their crispy chive garlic dumplings, they’re like fried mochi, chewy and very garlicky. Got their fresh vegetable roll (avocado & cucumber). Got their vegetable pad Thai, the veggies come very large, the carrots & broccoli were a little undercooked, but no harm. My mom got khao Soi, it’s a light curry.

This is a review for an order I received from a delivery service. I'm no longer a Wilmington resident, but I had tried just about every sushi restaurant in town during the time I lived here. There used to only be a couple of places I would go as I'd rather not have sushi at all if it wasn't perfectly fresh and flavorful. I took a risk on Kapow despite sushi being a new addition because the craving was that strong, and I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent the salmon donburi bowl arrived. The salmon cuts were melt in your mouth perfect, and there were even several pieces of premium salmon belly. The sushi rice had the right amount of chew and was nicely seasoned without overpowering the delicate flavor of the rice itself. The ikura, picked veg, and other toppings were generous and flavorful. You could also tell that this was prepped and packed with care. This dish was also very reasonably priced considering the quality and amount of food received - that salmon rose was dense! Overall, 10/10. I'm not one for rolls with lots of sauces and combinations, so the salmon donburi bowl delivered on the simple, high quality flavors I was hoping for. I would absolutely order again and
